Want to help the sector become a destination for young talent?
Want to make sure you always have a great pipeline of talent?
We lose far too many young people to other sectors because they don’t know what exists in care. Our Step into Social Care initiative has been designed for the sector, by the sector, with the purpose of attracting younger people to work in social care.
You’ll gain additional resource and the young person will enjoy valuable, paid-for work experience in the care sector. Some of these young people will find the experience life changing – choosing to focus their future career in the sector. Your service users will also benefit greatly through the skills, experience and perspectives young people will bring into your homes and services.
You need more resource now and you’ll need even more in the future. This initiative taps into a new audience who are currently under-represented in your workplace.
Join us on Friday 16th September online at 10 am to find out more.
